Child and Youth Backpack’s Blessings

Children and Youth are invited to bring their school backpacks to church on Sunday, August 20, for a special blessing. Members of the congregation will have the opportunity to write a short affirmative message to bless the children as they start the new school year. These “love notes” will then be distributed to the youth to place in their backpacks.
